Searching for recipes online can be a real pain sometimes. There are several factors that come into play that can cause your bread to come out mushy or just plain gross. Bread Machine Bagels
Take water, salt, sugar, flour, and yeast inside of your bread machine. After that, ensure that you placed them in the order that the manufacturer recommended. Choose the dough setting. When it is finished, take the dough out and place it on a floured surface.
After that, you’re going to boil 3 quarts of water while mixing in 3 tablespoons of sugar. Afterwards, cut the dough into 9 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a little ball. Flatten the balls and poke a hole in the middle of each one. Spin the dough around on your finger to make the hole a little bit bigger.

Place a cloth or something to cover them and let the bagels sit for 10 minutes. Take a baking sheet and lace it with cornmeal. Take your bagels and place them inside the boiling water for 1 minute. After that, take the bagels and drain them for another minute.
Place the bagels on a baking sheet and glaze them with egg whites and whatever topping that you may choose. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and bake them for 20-25 minutes. Pull out and enjoy your bagels! Don’t forget the cream cheese!
Clone Of A Cinnabon
The first thing we’re going to do here is take your ingredients and place them within your bread maker in the order that is recommended by your manufacturer. Press the dough cycle option and press start. After the dough has risen to double it’s size, place it out a flour covered surface and let it sit for 10 minutes. Take a small bowl and mix 2 tablespoons of groundcinnamon and 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar together.
Next up, we’re going to roll up the dough on a 16×21 inch square shape. Glaze the dough with butter and evenly sprinkle on the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll it up to look like a cinnabon and then cut it evenly into 12 pieces. Grease a pan and place each roll on said pain. A 9×13 baking pan will suffice.
Let rise while covered for 30 minutes. In the meantime, pre heat your oven to 400 degrees. Set your time for 15 minutes and bake until well browned. While you’re waiting for them to finish take cream cheese, ¼ cuo of butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt and beat them together. Afterward, spread your mixture on the rolls and enjoy!
Take 1 ¼ cups of water, ¼ cup of melted butter, an egg, egg yolk, 1/3 cup milk powder, ¼ cup potato flakes, ¼ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 4 cups of flour, and 2 teaspoons of yeast in your bread machine in the exact order that your bread machines manufacturer recommends. Choose the dough cycle and press start. Check periodically and add in 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed.
When it is finished, take out the tough, and make half-dollar sized balls. Place them at least 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Let the dough sit and rise for one hour or until twice the size of when it began. Next we’re going to flatten the balls down and make a small indent in the middle with your thumb.
Take 1 tablespoon of filling and fill it. Cover for another 30 minutes and let rise. While you’re doing this, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Bake in your over for 13-15 minutes or until slightly brown. Take them out of your oven and lightly glaze them with butter. Let them cool and prepare to enjoy!
