Not much can be said about this book except that it’s an excellent piece of work. The recipes you’ll find here are authentic and any average Joe and Jane can make them without much hassle. Penelope Casas is a well-known writer when it comes to Spanish cooking and this book is proven to be another showcase for her expertise.

This is another enjoyable book from Penelope Casas. As the title implies this book is all about Paella the fantastic Spanish cuisine where rice is the main star. There are lots and lots of Paella varieties that you can try. There are scallop, wild mushroom, tuna, shrimp, sausage, chicken, vegetable, duck, squid and so much more. Some of the ingredients may not be so easy to be found in your local store but a simple visit to Google will yield lots of online stores that sell them. In the end this is a great book to have if you want to treat yourself, family and friends to the wonders of Paella.
