Easy Gluten-Free Bread Recipes Using Bread Machine

A bread machine can be one of the best things you can put in your kitchen especially in making your own gluten-free bread. However, the easy but best gluten-free bread recipes using a bread maker can be limited online. So, here are some of the easiest but tastiest gluten-free bread machine bread recipes.

Gluten-Free White Bread Using Bread Machine

For baking gluten-free white bread, weight a vegan milk into a bowl and then beat in the vinegar, oil, and eggs. Then, you can pour this batter into the bread machine pan. After that, you can now add the flour, salt, and sugar into the pan and stir it with a spoon.

Sprinkle yeast on top of the batter. After it is all set, you can now start the bread machine under its normal bread program. After a few minutes of mixing, lift open the machine lid and scrape down the sides of the pan using a plastic spatula. Do not use your fingers for this.

Continue the machine on its normal baking program. When it is done, or reaches an internal temperature of at least 200 degrees Fahrenheit, leave it into a keep warm cycle. Failure to bake the bread completely will result in a loaf that is quite spongy.

You can test if the loaf is really done if it looks and feels firm and by sticking a wooden pick into the center of the loaf. If it comes out clean, then the loaf is already done and you can let it cool before slicing.

Brown Bread Recipe Using Bread Machine – Gluten Free!

For the brown bread gluten-free recipe, set the bread machine on the program cycle. Set it to Preheat for 15 minutes, Knead for 20 minutes, turn off Rise 1 and Rise 2, Rise 3 for 55 minutes, Bake for 70 minutes and Keep warm for 20 minutes. Note that baking this bread using different settings will give you different results.

Add lightly beaten eggs, water, and canola oil into the machine pan and stir until everything is combined. In a large bowl, whisk the brown rice flour and all the dry ingredients except for the yeast. After that, you can now add the dry ingredients to your wet ingredients in the machine pan.

Using your finger, make a depression in the center of your dry bread machine ingredients and add the yeast. Once it starts mixing, make sure to scrape the sides of the pan from time to time and make sure all dry ingredients are well-incorporated.

When the rise cycle is complete, you can smooth the top of the loaf using a wet spatula to have a prettier looking loaf. Then, you can leave the loaf in the bread maker all the way through its keep warm cycle. When it is done, lay the pan on its side to help it cool.

After it has cooled a bit, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.

Gluten-Free Multi-Grain Sandwich Bread Recipe

Select the Gluten free cycle in the bread machine for a 1.5-pound loaf. You can select between a medium or dark crust depending on what you prefer. Whisk all your dry ingredients, sorghum flour, gluten-free cornmeal, potato starch, xanthan gum, and sea salt and organic eggs or egg replacer in a bowl and set aside.

Proof the yeast by adding warm liquid and a pinch of sugar and let it get a little foamy. Then pour the proofed yeast and all wet ingredients, olive oil, honey or agave nectar, and rice vinegar or lemon juice into the bread machine pan. (Here’s some olive oil dispensers you may like)

After that, you can gently add your mixed dry ingredients on top of the liquid.

Start your bread machine program. You can use the gluten-free cycle if you have that in your bread machine. However, if you don’t have a gluten-free cycle, the rapid rise cycle can also work.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie Bread in Bread Machine

For this gluten-free pumpkin pie bread recipe, you are going to use the 2-pound setting for the super rapid setting on the bread machine. You can either choose between the light or medium crust program and not the dark setting if you don’t want to create a tough crust.

Put all the dry and liquid ingredients in the bread machine pan. You can read the machine manual on how to combine these two. As the ingredients began mixing, scrape down the sides of the pan using a silicone spatula. You can add a tablespoon of unsweetened pure apricot or peach juice to make your batter a little thinner.

Start the bread machine on its precise setting and let it bake the loaf. When it beeps done, reset the program to bake for an additional 10 minutes.  After this, you can test the doneness of the loaf if it is firm to touch or by sticking a wooden pick into the center. If it comes out clean, then the loaf is done and you can now let it cool.

When the pan has cooled slightly, you can now remove the bread from the pan and let it cool more on a wire rack for about 5 minutes or so.
